Katherine Heigl has joined Instagram, the free photo-sharing program and social network designed for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android devices. In her first series of posts yesterday, she shared some images from her tour of the White House earlier this week, family life and a new building project on her Utah ranch.
