Katherine Heigl's decision to take on new TV show State Of Affairs was one that required careful consideration, as TODAY's Kathie Lee and Hoda discovered during their talk show interview earlier today.

Katherine explained that with any project she takes on, finding the balance between family life and her work, can sometimes prove to be a conundrum. However, with State Of Affairs, she was able to come up with the perfect solution.
