Unite4:Humanity Gala
Katherine Heigl attended the unite4:humanity gala held at Sony Pictures Studios yesterday (Thursday, February 27) in Culver City, California. She hit the red carpet at unite4:good and Variety's star-studded event, which was held to honor influential leaders in entertainment, media, politics, business and philanthropy, alongside everyday heroes.

The night featured special performances by Alicia Keys, Demi Lovato and violinist Lindsey Stirling, as well as a keynote address by former US President Bill Clinton. Honorees included:

Katherine, representing her non-profit animal welfare organization the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation, was also joined by famous faces such as Eva Longoria, Wilmer Valderrama, Forest Whitaker, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Beth Behrs at the humanitarian celebration
Speaking to reports on the red carpet Katherine discussed her animal welfare organization the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation which she co-founded with her mother in 2008.
