Ambridge For The Dough
During the summer of 2010, the cast and crew of One For The Money descended on Pittsburgh, PA to shoot the movie in and around the city.
One of the locations chosen was Ambridge and for few weeks in July, a four-block section of Merchant Street in the town was transformed into Trenton, New Jersey, the location where the movie is set.

Ahead of the release of the picture in theaters this week, The Beaver County Times takes a look at the impact the film had on the local area and the benefit it brought to many of the local businesses utilized in the production.
Like at Vocelli Pizza, where One For The Money made the cash register ring as the restaurant catered to the film crew during its two-week stay and for follow-up scenes shot a few weeks later. Katherine also ate salads from Vocelli's and while in costume posed for photos with the pizza shop's owners, Sid and Sheila Aykent.

We are so excited to have had such wonderful people visit our little town, especially someone who is such a great role model for young women and girls. My best friend and I are headed to the premiere in town Friday and can’t wait to see!
