Valentine Targets
Roswell's Heigl
"Roswell" cutie Katherine Heigl has signed on to play a pre-med student in
the Warner Bros' flick "Valentine."
Heigl will join fellow WB star David Boreanaz in the film that is based on Tom
Savages 1996 book "Valentine: A Novel". Boreanaz plays a college nerd who
becomes the victim of a cruel practical joke by four women. Over a decade later, he has
become suave, handsome and successful, yet still carries a grudge. He kills three of the
four women on successive Valentines Days, leaving one more to slay in order to
complete his vengeance.
Filming began in mid-July for the film's Valentine
Day release in 2001.
Heigl can next be seen on the big screen in the upcoming teen comedy "100
Girls", and stars as the lone female alien in The WB's Monday night program
"Roswell." |
