"It's nerve-wracking!" says Katherine Heigl of her strip scene in a recent episode of Grey's Anatomy (ABC, Sundays, 10 pm/ET). Luckily, the 26-year old actress didn't have to go it alone. "I said, "If I have to take off all of my clothes, then some of the crew should have to take off their clothes."

So the episode's director, the show's director of photography, and the producer (former thirtysomething star Peter Horton) promptly stripped down to their skivvies, shoes and socks. "It was awesome," she says. "They were seriously walking around in their underwear with headsets on."
