Conan: Please welcome…Katherine Heigl.

(Katherine enters, casually dressed in a Planet Hollywood blue jean jacket, black jeans, and a polo neck sweater)

(They shake hands)

Conan: Thanks, first of all, for coming. Very nice of you to come!

Katherine: Thanks for having me!

Conan: I’m sorry on Friday when we say who is coming up, I completely butchered your name. It took me like, 5 tries…

(Laughs)

Conan: What is it?…It’s Heigl, right?

Katherine: Right.

Conan: That would be the obvious first choice.

Katherine: Yes. [laughs]

Conan: I was like, you know…coming up Heegul, Hoogul…Anyway, I apologize! People play with my….

Katherine: That’s okay…everybody does it.

Conan: Oh, really? Including your family?…they know it?

Katherine: No, they’ve pretty much gotten it down by now, yeah.

Conan: Good for them! First of all, congratulations on the movie.

Katherine: Thanks!

Conan: It’s coming out…it’s come out right now…right, everywhere?

Katherine: Yeah, it came out Friday.

Conan: It’s open now…you’re in the movies! You’re a big star…your life must have changed dramatically.
