State Of Affairs, Katherine Heigl’s CIA drama which debuts November 17 on NBC will be a popular choice among advertisers according to a survey carried out by industry magazine Variety.
The Variety poll of commercial ratings projections from four major ad buyers found that State Of Affairs, which Katherine headlines as presidential briefer Charlie Tucker, is expected to generate the most commercial viewership among freshman scripted programs in the 2014-15 season for the 18 to 49 age bracket – the demographic most coveted by advertisers.

Animals have always been part of Katherine Heigl’s life. "We just had lots of pets from the moment I was born," she told People as part of her feature in the current issue (6/30) of the entertainment magazine. "I grew up with a black lab named Ben. There are photos of me laying and teething on his ears," she explained.
The love affair with four-legged friends continued as Katherine grew up, and ultimately led to the creation of her animal welfare charity the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation.
