Katherine Heigl will star in the Warner Bros. thriller "Unforgettable," directed by Denise Di Novi, which begins principal photography on Monday, August 17 in Los Angeles.
On Sunday, Katherine revealed that she had dyed her hair platinum blonde for the then unannounced role, sharing the new hue via her social media channels. Di Novi will produce "Unforgettable" with partner Alison Greenspan from a Christina Hodson script. Shooting is expected to last until late September and Rosario Dawson will co-star.

Katherine Heigl will attend the red carpet sceening of the documentary Saved In America on Saturday, August 15th at the Regency Theater in Agoura Hills.
Saved In America is the story of animal lover and filmmaker Kim Sill’s five year journey rescuing animals while coming face-to-face with animal abusers, hoarders, gang members and puppy mill owners. It showcases everyday heroes who spend their time and resources saving animals from death row.

At the world premiere of Jenny’s Wedding at Outfest recently, After Ellen caught up with Katherine Heigl on the red carpet to talk about her role playing a gay character and why she wanted to be a part of the film.
Jenny’s Wedding opens in select theaters this Friday and will be available on demand from August 1st.

On Friday’s edition of the Today Show, Lilliana Vazquez visited Katherine Heigl’s ranch in the mountains near Park City, Utah for a tour!
Located near her main home, the ranch estate houses a wide variety of animals and provides an ideal environment for her young daughters Nancy Leigh and Adalaide. "The girls love to feed the chickens; they love to feed the goats and horses," Katherine explained. "It’s great because they can run around here. They can be entertained. They’re not sitting in front of the TV."
