Katherine is set to grace the cover of the October issue of In Style magazine which hits shelves in about two weeks time.

The magazine feature will also have an interview and photo shoot ahead of the October 8th release of her new movie "Life As We Know It" in theaters.

Previously, Katherine has appeared on the front of In Style in August 2009 and in a three cover special issue in October 2007.
