Katherine spoke about her passion for animals,
her support for the
Pedigree Adoption
Drive and Grey's Anatomy during a Questions and Answer
session for ABC. The segment saw her respond directly to
questions from fans and also featured dogs from the
Animal Haven Shelter.
The interview was part of her press tour to shine a spotlight
on the plight of homeless dogs. Through no fault of their own,
more than four million dogs end up in shelters every year.
Sadly, nearly half of those canines never find a place to call
home, a trend that the PEDIGREE® brand and Katie hope to help
reverse.
