gave a number of interviews to the press at the 58th Primetime
Emmy Awards where she was both attending - Grey's Anatomy was
nominated for 11 Awards, and presenting - two awards, for
outstanding directing and writing in a miniseries movie or
dramatic special).
Ryan Seacrest at E! caught
up with Katherine on the red carpet and spoke to her about the
event and her new movie "Knocked Up" in which several of the E!
presenters have cameo roles.

TV Guide interviewed
Katherine, and co-stars Kate Walsh, TR Knight and Isaiah
Washington at the TV Guide Emmy After Party event. The cast
joked about future storylines and were upbeat regarding Grey's
Anatomy's performance at the event, despite the fact the show
surprisingly missed out on a number of awards.
