Pup My
Ride Rescue Program |
 |
On Monday 26th January 2009, Katherine and
mom Nancy joined
Best Friends Animal Society
staff to help with their
Pup My Ride rescue program. They helped transfer 33 small
rescue dogs on the first stage of their journey from LA to new homes in Salt Lake City.
The program is part of the Puppies Aren’t Products nationwide campaign, which in 2008, saved 650 at-risk, small-breed
dogs from Los Angeles shelters. The dogs were transported to communities where the demand for small dogs is high but the supply is low. |

The
Vault - Under Siege 2 |
 |
In a feature on E!'s Daily 10
for the announcement of the movie "Life As We Know It"
the show took a look back in "The Vault" at an interview
a 16 year old Katie gave in 1995 for the action flick Under
Siege 2. Sporting short, dark brown hair she spoke excitedly
about her involvement in some of the stunt and actions scenes in
the movie and how she learned some Aikido moves for her role.
The clip is in Windows Media format and must be unzipped to be
