Donate Life America hosted a special benefit concert on the 31st August, 2006 at the Hard Rock Cafe, Los Angeles, California. The concert to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation was headlined by Josh Kelley and Alex Band and the emcee for the evening was Theo Von from MTV's "Road Rules" and NBC's "Last Comic Standing". Other talent performing included The Marion Brothers Band and The Weight.

A number of celebrities and VIP guests were also in attendance, including Katherine, "Grey's Anatomy" co-star TR Knight, Majandra Delfino ("Roswell"), Devon Gummersall ("My So Called Life") and Don Mancini (writer / director and creator of Chucky).
