The Miracle: A Roswell Christmas Carol

The Valentis and Tess are shopping in the grocery store when they come upon Amy DeLuca. Valenti and Amy flirt, and Tess gets an idea. She invites Amy to the Valenti house for dinner, using Valenti’s name on the note. Valenti is horrified, until Amy gets there, and they have a wonderful time. Kyle and Tess have a bonding moment in the kitchen.

At the Roswell Christmas Pageant, Isabel takes the microphone and welcomes everyone. She also owns up to her "Christmas Nazi" nickname, looking at her family and friends pointedly. The pageant begins, and seeing Sydney, Liz gives Max the idea to try to heal her. When Max finds out she’s been hospitalized, he and Michael dress in scrubs, and Max sneaks into Sydney’s ward while Michael keeps watch. There, Max heals not just Sydney, but all the kids in the ward. He and Michael escape out the window one step ahead of the hospital security team, and when the door is finally pried open, the hospital staff finds the kids completely recovered and playing happily.

Maria shows up at Michael’s apartment to thank him for helping Sydney, and Michael presents the bumper to her. She tells him how thoughtful he is, then asks if he’s ready to exchange presents. She points to the pile of presents that Isabel left there, and asks if hers is in there. Desperate, Michael slowly approaches the presents, and there, within the pile, is one labeled "Michael, Just in Case. Love, The Christmas Nazi." He pulls off the tag, and underneath it is another tag with "Maria, Merry Christmas. Love, Michael" on it. Maria happily unwraps the present, and is thrilled to find a pair of pearl earrings.

Max shows up at Liz’s to thank her for the suggestion on "restoring the balance," and Liz reminds him that he can’t heal everyone, that he’s not God. Everyone attends Christmas Eve services, including Max, who earlier had said he wouldn’t be going. He greets his parents and takes a seat next to Liz. A very happy "Christmas Nazi" smiles brightly as it begins to snow in Roswell.
