In New York City, four teenagers amble down the dark streets. They look like Isabel, Max, Michael and Tess, but with their ultra-street dress, strange hairstyles and criminal behavior, not to mention their multiple tattoos and piercings, there’s no way they could be the Roswell gang. The Anti-Michael, named Rath, says to the others that they’ve been contacted again, same invite, and that they have to tell them something. Anti-Max, otherwise known as Zan, says to tell them no. When Rath gets angry and replies that he’ll go himself, Zan calmly states that they want the Royal Four, not just Rath. The Isabel lookalike, a sly, knowing vixen named Lonnie, tells them both to chill, but as Zan walks ahead, it’s clear from the looks Lonnie and Rath exchange that there’s a conspiracy afoot. When Lonnie, Rath, and the Tess lookalike, Ava, steal a car and head for Roswell, Zan is nowhere in sight. As they’re driving along, Rath is at the wheel, with Lonnie in the passenger seat and Ava in the backseat alone. She reminds Lonnie and Rath that they were family, but Lonnie only responds that Zan was her brother, and Rath is her lover, but why, she asks, is Ava still here? She sarcastically answers herself, "You’re here ‘cause I love you. Ain’t that sweet?"

Back in Roswell, Max is still angry with Liz, as he meets Brody at the UFO Center. Brody tells him that his computer reported "activity" on the East Coast, in New York City, last week. Someone, he claims, is trying to make contact. Later, Maria brings Brody the dinner he ordered from the Crashdown, and it’s obvious Brody is completely infatuated with the feisty Maria.

Isabel is jogging by the side of the road when the Jeep pulls up next to her. Max tells her they have to talk, but Isabel brushes him off and keeps running. Max calls after her, "Fine. See you later…Vilandra." That stops her, but only for a moment. When Max reminds her that there’s always been a bond between them and wants to know more about what’s going on with her, Isabel apologizes and runs off again.

Back in the stolen car, Lonnie, Rath and Ava head for Roswell, determined to find Max. Ava wants to know why the other four weren’t contacted, but Lonnie replies that they are the only ones who know there’s another set of them out there. Suddenly, there’s a siren wailing behind them, and Rath pulls over as Lonnie reminds him to keep his cool. Valenti appears at the window to ask for Rath’s license and registration, then bursts out laughing when he sees the three aliens in the car. He asks them what’s with the hair and outfits, and Lonnie responds by saying they’re going to a party with a New York theme. Valenti replies with "You look like you’re from another planet. For once." Lonnie gleans Valenti’s name from his badge, and when Valenti asks them where Max is, she says they were on their way to get him, but there was a weird car parked out in front of their house. She asks Valenti to lead the way to the Evans house, then calls him "the freakin’ man," causing Valenti to laugh even more.

When they arrive at the house, Ava keeps watch as Lonnie and Rath enter through the window of Max’s room. Searching through his closets, they make fun of his clothes, and when Rath finds a picture of Liz in one of the drawers, Lonnie says that must be Max’s "bitch," adding, "She ain’t got nothin’ goin’ on." Just then, Isabel’s father walks in, right after Rath manages to hide. Mr. Evans is amazed at "Isabel"’s appearance, but Lonnie says she’s dressed that way because she’s in a rock ‘n’ roll version of Romeo and Juliet at school. Mr. Evans tells Lonnie how concerned he is about Max, and Lonnie pretends to sympathize. After Mr. Evans leaves, Lonnie and Rath resume making fun of Max.

Later, in the UFO Center, Isabel, Max, Michael, Tess, Maria, and Liz are gathered for an emergency meeting. On the floor above them, the New York aliens watch, and make fun of the Roswell aliens yet again. Suddenly, Alex walks in, spots the New York aliens, and laughs…until he sees his friends down below. He stumbles down the stairs in his haste to get away from the New York aliens who follow him, and suddenly, both sets of aliens are face-to-face for the first time. Lonnie tells them not to bug out, and Michael realizes who they are, remembering what Captain Carver had told him about there being another set of four pods. Liz wants to know where the fourth one is, and Ava replies that his name was Zan and he was lost in an accident. Rath adds that he died for nothing in a street accident, then asks to talk to Max in private.
