| After Liz and Max crash
the Jeep while on a ride through the desert, Max is injured and hospitalized. When the
hospital draws Maxs blood for testing, Isabel tells the others that they need human
blood to substitute for Maxs. Without telling him why they need it, Liz gets Alex to
agree to donate, and Isabel uses her powers to withdraw his blood. Michael takes the tube
and exchanges it for Maxs, escaping just ahead of Topolskys agents. Later,
when Isabel sees Alex talking to Kyle, she is worried that Alex might reveal what they
did. After Liz and Max find themselves being followed by a government agent, Isabel,
Maria, and Michael decide to do some following of their own. While Isabel stands guard,
Maria and Michael search the agents motel room and discover the connection between
the agent and their new "guidance counselor," Ms. Topolsky. Meanwhile, Topolsky
attempts to get Alex to reveal to her what happened at the hospital, but instead, Alex
hacks into her computer and we discover for whom it is that Topolsky is really working. Judith Gerber |
