When Max saves the life of Liz Parker when she's shot while working
at the Crashdown Café, he risks everything by healing her with his
powers. With their secret now known to so many, the trio must
constantly be on the defensive against alien hunters, government
special units, and hostile aliens. At the same time, they come to
realize that sometimes, they must trust their human friends in order
to survive.
