Chucky gets lucky! The fourth instalment of the Chucky series has the notoriously evil living doll (voiced by Brad Dourif) meeting his match in ex-girlfriend Tiffany. Unable to give up the love of her life, Tiffany rescues Chucky from the police evidence lock-up and patches him back together using heavy-duty thread, old doll parts, and a "Voodoo for Dummies" manual. Uttering the magic incantation, she brings back to life her thoroughly ungrateful and reluctant boyfriend, who then proceeds to turn the tables on Tiffany by transforming her into a doll as well.

All they need now are human bodies, so it’s off to Hackensack, New Jersey to first exhume Chucky’s human body along with the soul-transferring amulet buried with it, and then find themselves some useful body donors – conveniently supplied by teenage newlyweds Jesse and Jade. The two young runaways become unsuspecting accomplices in the serial killer dolls’ road trip from hell.

Katherine has a major role as Jade, the sweet, young bride-on-the-run who, under the influence of the evil doll duo, is duped into believing her new husband just may be a serial killer.
